We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to support people in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity and respect. We have openings for both full-time and part-time carers.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit customers in their homes, providing personal care and support based on their individual care plans.
- Help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, helping customers stay active and engaged in their daily lives.
- Assist with medication, shopping, and even simple errands.
- Your tasks will vary depending on the customer’s needs, from companionship to end-of-life care.

What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, caring, and proactive individuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle different situations calmly.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time well.
- A full UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
- Previous experience in care and qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3) are a plus, but not essential - we’ll provide all the training you need!
