We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to join our Client's UKI Safety, Risk, and Compliance Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of customer experience and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Aldgate, London
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Working Pattern: Full Time 40hrs per week
- Hourly Rate: £33.21 - £45.47

✨ What You'll Do:
- Lead Critical Projects: Manage regulatory projects across the UK Safety and Identity Compliance programme.
- Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and develop innovative compliance strategies.
- Leverage Data: Analyse the performance of current operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Foster Safety Culture: Champion a "safety first" mindset within operations, setting an example for others to follow.
- Innovate: Work on exciting projects such as scaling document approval tech solutions and enhancing compliance processes.
- What We're Looking For:
- Experience in: Business operations, project management, and continuous improvement, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in turning data into actionable insights; SQL experience is a must!
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and lead across multiple teams and senior leaders.
- Execution Excellence: Navigate ambiguity and drive process change effectively.
