The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a variety of projects. This position demands a high level of expertise and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of each project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing project planning and resource allocation.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project progression.
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Providing expert advice and innovative solutions to address project challenges.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout each project phase.
- Chartered status (RICS/APM) is ideal but not essential.
- Must have previous experience in a Consultancy role.
- A degree in Project Management or a relevant equivalent is required.
- A strong background in managing Commercial Projects is essential.
- Possession of a full driver's license is necessary.
