As a Nursery Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with current policies, procedures, and legislation. This full-time position with 44 hours per week working.
You will be responsible for:
Lead and inspire the team to foster a supportive and enjoyable work environment.Serve as a positive role model for both children and colleagues.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
What we are looking for:
At least 4 years post qualifying experience in a day care setting.Level 3 Childcare and Education qualification or equivalent qualification.
Background in leading and supporting team.
Level 2 Qualification in Mathematics.
Up-to-date safeguarding training.
Current First Aid certification.
Enhanced DBS check.
Shift:
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
