Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will:

• Manage high-value development and investment transactions
• Advise and represent major corporate clients across the UK.
• Take an active role in client management, with direct involvement in strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with a talented team and support junior members.
• Drive business development efforts and expand the firm's presence in key markets.

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Solicitor should be / have:

• A solicitor with circa 5-12 years PQE in Real Estate law.
• Experienced in handling high-profile development and investment matters.
• Strong client-facing skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ties to Leeds
• Likely to be already working for a large law firm
• A team player with the ambition to progress to Partnership.

• An attractive salary ranging from £85000 to £95000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Performance-related bonus.
