Empowering learning are working with several Alternative Provisions and PRU's in the Durham area who are in need of Mental Health Support Workers.
Are you passionate about make a a positive contribution to Social Emotional and Mental Health Students?
The schools are requiring an individual who is-
Person centred,Available to work 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8.00 till 16.00.
Can support students with education support plans (EHCP's)
Able to de escalate situations as they may arise
A calm and resilient person who is able to engage the students with the love of learning
To be a role model and support mechanism
