The Chef Manager is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations within the school, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing kitchen staff. This role involves menu planning, inventory management, cost
control, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional food service.

- Have proven experience of managing and leading a team

- The ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required

- The ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
