Office/Team Assistant – Hong Kong Location: Central Hong KongSalary: 30,000-40,000 HKD per monthIndustry: Financial ServicesWork set up: 4 days in office and 1 day from home About the Role:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant with EA duties for my clients Hong Kong office.
This dynamic role is a crucial support function for both the Managing Director and Partner, acting as the central point of contact for a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, supporting senior leadership while also assisting colleagues with a wide range of requests and greeting guests.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary EA for the MD and Partner, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements Provide administrative support to the broader team, assisting with ad-hoc requests and ensuring smooth daily operations Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with external IT support when necessary Manage office supplies and coordinate office maintenance as needed Handle day-to-day office logistics and ensure a seamless workflow in a fast-paced, financial services environment Requirements: 2+ years in an office assistant or EA role, ideally in a corporate or financial services environment Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a team player Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Basic IT troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new systems Fluent in English Benefits: Competitive salary (30,000 - 40,000 HKD per month) Flexible working arrangements (1 day working from home) Centrally located serviced office in a vibrant business district Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with senior leadership If you're a proactive, adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic setting do apply!
