What you’ll do:

We’re looking for a JMP Systems Engineer to provide assistance to our sales teams across Europe and Asia, with a focus on the newest member of the JMP product family, JMP Live. • Work with sales staff to develop opportunities for JMP Live, assess the viability of these opportunities, and help focus sales effort for maximum effect and velocity.
  • Assess the technical feasibility of an implementation in a specific environment and estimate the likely level of effort needed.
  • Help customers with an implementation plan to minimize time to value.
  • Monitor the progress of the implementation plan, suggest remedial actions, and seek to continually improve the process for future implementations.
  • Maintain and develop relevant knowledge levels of technical and industry trends in order to identify impacts and opportunities created by these trends.
  • Provide timely updates and follow up of commitments made, as well as accurate documentation of activities.
  • Advance your knowledge in the broader JMP product range.
  • Show leadership in a chosen technology area.
  • Assist in training of staff.
  • Provide demonstration and business development support at vendor-sponsored events, trade shows, and user group meetings

  • Knowledge and experience of cloud technologies (such as AWS and Azure).
  • Experience in technical pre-sales, technical marketing, technical support, or a related area.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work and learn independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel as business requirements dictate.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
