An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join the Revenues and Benefits service in the role of Revenues Team Leader. The role requires extensive knowledge of working in a Revenues & Benefits environment.
You will supervise the day-to-day management of the Revenues Team as directed by the Revenues and Benefits Service Manager and will deal with the administration and billing of Business Rates (NNDR),Business Improvement District Levy and Council Tax.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Revenues environment (although training may be provided), have excellent team building and communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to flexibility. A sound working knowledge of ICT and Microsoft based software is essential.
You must be hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines, have an eye for detail with a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
