About the team:
Our marketing team plays a vital role in promoting OSB and all our services. This in turn helps us work towards our vision to become our customers' favourite bank; one that delivers its very best, challenges convention and opens doors that others can't.The Savings Marketing Team has a clear purpose to create and deliver excellent Direct-to-Customer marketing campaigns and communications for the Group’s savings brands that help engage and retain customers. The team are also responsible for developing and delivering compelling content relating to our products, propositions and customer needs.
We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in either Wolverhampton or Chatham.
About Us:
As Marketing Manager, you are required to take ownership for the delivery of our savings brands’ marketing strategies, ensuring differentiation from other group brands and competitors.
Your responsibilities span across comms alignment for the brands, planning and delivery to support both new business and retention. You will work with delivery teams to construct product strategies and ensure cross-channel delivery with appropriate messaging.You will also be responsible for developing, briefing, and delivering tactical campaigns.
In addition, you will collaborate with the CRM delivery team to create relevant date led acquisition, retention, and nurture journeys. You will have the responsibility to develop a content strategy and framework and work with wider Marketing teams, such as Digital and Social, for implementation.You will also own the marketing budget and be responsible for reporting for all savings brands.
Your responsibilities will include…- Developing and managing the delivery of a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan, in line with corporate direction to improve customer acquisition, activation and retention
- Applying best practice and knowledge to ensure the effective design and on-time delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns delivered through the most effective and appropriate channels
- Defining the best activation and use of delivery channels to ensure highest marketing ROI is consistently delivered
- Creating, editing and delivering external communications, maintaining the clearly defined voice of each savings brand.
- Ensuring consistent brand and compliance regulatory requirements are inherent across all the marketing delivery channels.
What you will be doing:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience from £42000 - £54000 and a competitive benefits package including:

- Previous experience in planning and running successful marketing campaigns in a regulatory environment is essential
- Previous experience across communications programmes, managing delivery through multiple and diverse channels is essential
- Degree (or equivalent) marketing specific qualifications, such as CIM is essential
