Digital Analyst Manager - UK - London

We are looking for a Digital Analyst Manager, responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on digital performance data to support our digital strategy. This role will play a key part in tracking website and campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and helping to optimise digital marketing efforts to drive revenue and growth.

Working closely with the Digital Analyst Senior Manager and cross-functional teams, this role will monitor key metrics, create reports and dashboards, and support improvements to user experience and conversion rates.

This role is flexible on location in the UK so long as you are a commutable distance to one of our attractions or offices.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and report on website, e-commerce, and digital marketing performance data.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimise digital campaigns, user engagement, and conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and web development teams to enhance digital performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in digital analytics, with knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve digital strategy and performance.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with an interest in digital marketing and optimisation.
