Senior Building Surveyor

Our client, a prominent multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their Central London office, driven by growth and a robust pipeline of projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, heritage, retail, and more.
The position provides flexibility, with a blend of office-based and remote working. Site visits will be required as necessary, scheduled in accordance with project needs and your diary.
Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits- Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on experience)

- Coordinate and supervise multiple ongoing projects at various stages of progress.
- Carry out due diligence and prepare technical reports for a range of projects.
- Conduct site inspections and deliver effective on-site project management.
- Take charge of project management and contract administration, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
- Currently completing APC diary or MRICS qualified.
- Prior experience in building surveying, project management, and contract administration.
- Proficient in technical reporting and conducting due diligence.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Capable of working independently and within a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project locations as required.
- Full driving license.
- Strong IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, MS Project, SharePoint, and app-based software.
