Junior Electrical Design Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading consultancy specialising in mechanical and electrical (M&E) design. This company is known for its innovative solutions and commitment to sustainability in the built environment.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will transition from your background as an electrician to focus on designing electrical systems for various projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing electrical designs and specifications for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and timelines.
• Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Utilising CAD software and BIM tools to create detailed electrical layouts.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Providing technical support during the construction phase.
• Participating in project meetings and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.

• Previous experience as an electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
