What You’ll Do
As an Assistant eCommerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving market-beating performance within our Pharmacy and Health Services business. You’ll work closely with a dynamic Digital Healthcare team to:
- Drive growth within our online Pharmacy and Health Services.
- Monitor and enhance KPIs to ensure top-notch digital performance.
- Collaborate with health and digital experts to optimise customer journeys and marketing strategies.
- Analyse market trends and create actionable plans to win back market share.
- Digital experience and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable using insight systems like Google Analytics.
- Excellent partner management abilities to engage and influence teams.
- A willingness to think differently and adapt to achieve success in a competitive landscape.
