The Role
Our passion for English is palpable amongst our staff. The success of the staff within the English team has seen many of them take on additional responsibilities across the school: pupil leadership co-ordinator, Director of Key Stage 3, SCITT mentor and Lead Practitioner, Deputy Headteacher and the Headteacher all of whom have worked within our English team and been promoted within.There are opportunities within our school and staff retention is strong.
As a teacher in this area, you will play a pivotal role in helping to shape a strong, positive and successful learning experience for all of our pupils, as well as being part of a team who are dedicated to ensuring that we deliver learning that leads to all being: Encouraged to Aspire, Equipped to Thrive, and Empowered to Succeed.
