Site Manager - CDM
Envirogen Group is searching for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager - CDM to support on a specific project on a contract basis. As a leading provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions, we prioritize safety, compliance, and innovative practices in all our projects.
In the role of Site Manager - CDM, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring all works adhere to Health & Safety regulations as stipulated in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. Your main duties will include managing site teams, coordinating with subcontractors, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.You will also play a pivotal role in risk assessments and health and safety management practices across the site.
The ideal candidate for this position will have substantial experience in site management within the construction or engineering sectors, along with a strong understanding of the CDM regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to effectively manage site operations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with subcontractors effectively.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health and/or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Minimum)
