- Experience with straightforward general maintenance (basic plumbing, replace a lock or handle or filter etc)

Purpose of Role:
Static and mobile maintenance role, based in Plymouth, carrying out planned and reactive commercial electrical maintenance and repair work plus other straightforward general maintenance and repair - such as basic plumbing, changing filters, replacing locks, latches and handles, painting, very basic joinery etc.
£19.25ph (PAYE) plus extra yearly holidays, van, fuel card, tools, materials and free work wear.
