Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and support SEN schools in the South West. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).

- Develop and deliver tailored learning activities.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in special education or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
