Job Description
The Senior Estimator will lead tender submissions, manage bid processes, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver profitable projects.- Lead preparation of competitive multi-million-pound tenders.
- Ensure compliance with all estimating processes and procedures.
- Engage with operational and commercial teams to finalise solutions.
- Present commercial proposals to senior stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor junior estimators within the team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an experienced Estimator with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in delivering high-value tenders.- Expertise in TFM, cost planning, design, and bid management.
- Experience working with both public and private sector clients.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing estimating team.
