We are seeking a dedicated English Tutor to join our educational team, focusing on students who are school refusers or those struggling academically. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a desire to make a significant impact on students' learning experiences.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide tailored English lessons to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Engage students who are reluctant learners by using creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Assess students' progress regularly and adapt teaching methods to suit their needs.
• Work closely with other educational staff to plan and coordinate efforts to maximize student engagement and learning.
• Offer support and encouragement to help students build confidence in their abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English, particularly to students who find traditional educational settings challenging.
• Strong understanding of the ways to engage students with different learning needs.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to plan and execute effective teaching strategies.
