Experienced HR Admin Needed:

We are currently seeking a dynamic HR admin, who enjoys a busy atmosphere. The role available is integral to the team's recruitment process and directors schedule handling. This means it is imperative to have great attention to detail and fantastic organisational skills and we would love to see someone apply who has hr admin experience too!

Day to Day:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience.
  • Managing of communications both with candidates for the company and internal staff.
  • Handling of generalist admin tasks such as email processing, document filing and aiding directors with schedules.
  • Processing of right to work documents, ensuring sensitive data is handled discretely and professionally.
  • Assist with onboarding on new starters, making sure their experience is welcoming and warm.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR but not mandatory.
  • proficiency in handling multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills whilst being able to priorities effectively.
  • Experience with HR systems and databases.
  • Experience handling right to work documents and generalist knowledge of what is required of candidates.
