Management Accountant – Cardiff Head Office / Hybrid
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

A day in the life of a Management Accountant includes:
- Full preparation and analysis of management accounts
- Business partnering with senior leaders, providing financial insights to drive key business decisions
- Assisting with annual external audits and balance sheet reviews
- Developing and managing robust financial systems, controls, and processes
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting business growth through acquisitions
Sound good so far? We are looking for people who have:
- ACCA / CIMA qualification (or working towards)
- Experience preparing monthly management accounts to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with an inquisitive and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- A desire to mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Clear career progression within a growing organisation
