Risk and Compliance Manager
Youll be at the heart of ensuring we stay ahead of regulatory requirements while supporting key decision-makers across the organisation.What Youll Do: Lead risk strategy: Implement and refine risk management processes across the business.Collaborate with senior leadership: Work closely with top decision-makers to set risk appetite and influence key strategies.SOx & audit execution: Oversee SOx controls, manage internal audits, and continually improve compliance frameworks.Drive business continuity: Ensure our disaster recovery and crisis management plans are robust and ready to go.Compliance champion: Ensure every department is meeting regulatory standards and deliver key insights to the Board.
What Youll Bring: Qualified accountant with a strong assurance background.Experience with SOx frameworks and internal audit.Confident preparing and presenting reports to senior leaders.Tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of IT controls.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?This is more than just a compliance role.
