Investment Risk Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client, a global leading investment manager, looking to hire an Investment Risk Analyst to identify and advise on sources of risk, conduct investment risk analysis and reporting, support the investment risk manager and carry out research.
The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with a strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulation and previous experience with risk models.The key elements of this role include:Identifying sources of risk for a variety of funds.Conducting investment risk analysis and producing concise tailored reports.Advising on risks and regulations with product development, particularly within the UCITS and AIFMD framework.The ideal candidate must possess:A strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulation.Amazing teamwork and communication skills.Great understanding of financial market data, tradeable financial assets, and investment processes.Experience with risk models, particularly RiskMetrics and Aladdin.CFA or working towards a CFA qualification.Experience with Tableau and Alteryx.This is an incredible opportunity for a high calibre Investment Risk Analyst to propel their career working in an exciting and dynamic sector with a renowned investment manager.
