A day in the life
As an IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for multiple sites and work in different settings where no two days are the same. You'll make sure the IT infrastructure on-site is maintained and operational so that teams can deliver on behalf of our customers.Taking a data-driven approach, you’ll find opportunities to increase automation and efficiency, and pilot different technologies to support these objectives.
You’ll report directly to the Regional IT Manager and will lead on-site support teams, coordinate changes and technology launches, and manage risks. This is a collaborative role that will see you working with site leaders and developing people in your team to progress.A degree in Computer Science or another technical field.
Relevant experience in managing IT teams and projects.
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language.
Relevant experience of creating documents like narratives or white papers to present key metrics and their impact on business objectives.
Relevant experience working with networks, IT infrastructure, or system integration.Experience in a fast-paced customer-centric environment
Additional IT industry certifications
Experience of communicating with teams from different departments and at various levels of seniority
