Salary: £85 - £100 per dayJob Types: Permanent, Long-term temporary, Temporary-to-permanent.
We are seeking caring and resilient Learning Support Workers to provide quality learning support to SEND students in a specialist school in Oxford. This this is a rewarding and worthwhile school to work in.
The students you'll be working with are predominantly diagnosed with:
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH)
- Challenging Behaviour
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Knowledgeable of conditions related to Special Educational Needs (SEND) such as ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviours, etc.
- The ability to be compassionate, resilient, proactive, and patient.
