Administrator
We are currently recruiting for Administration Support to join the team based in Liverpool (L14DQ)
This will be a contract role for 6 months initially but likely to go perm further down the line.
This will be a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in the office.
What you will be doingAs Operational Support, you will aid in all activities relating to the Merseyside Delivery team.
Your responsibilities:- Managing own workload effectively ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide administration within the Merseyside delivery area of the business.
- Support Managers and Co-ordinators to achieve business objectives.
- Liaison with both internal and external customers across the business area.
- Ensure all customer contacts are received and actioned promptly in line with SP Energy Networks relevant processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service standards.
- Production and delivery of reports and management information within agreed timescales.
- Collation of information to generate work packs, work orders and work programmes.
- Managing outlook team emails ensuring cases are updated daily.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with good verbal communication skills who thrives in a busy work environment and enjoys the challenge of achieving objectives within a given timescale whilst still maintaining a high standard.
The individual should preferably have gained a minimum of 4 GCSE’s including Maths and English and be computer literate in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills required to be successful in post are:
- Have a current full licence and vehicle.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
- Excellent telephony and written skills.
- Developed customer service skills.
