Registered Home Manager

Location: Worcester

About Us: We are a beautiful care home with a current occupancy rate of 90%, dedicated to providing exceptional care and a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Home Manager who is also a Registered Nurse to join our team.

• Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain and improve occupancy levels, demonstrating a proven track record in a similar role.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
• Ensure the home remains a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience as a Home Manager in a similar setting.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and improve occupancy levels.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Must be RGN or RMN with a current NMC Registration
• Must have a clean UK driving licence
• Salary - £50 to £60k dependent on experience
• Must have NVQ Level 5 or 6 - Registered Managers Award
