Lady Barn House School is a thriving independent day preparatory school for boys and girls aged 3 to 11. There are currently around 490 pupils on roll. Lady Barn House School are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to commence from 1 September 2025. This post is fixed term for two years. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support for a bright and imaginative pupil who will be entering Prep 5 from September 2025.

Applicants must have a kind and calm manner, have an excellent rapport with young children, and be committed to the highest standards of educational provision and be in sympathy with the aims and ethos of Lady Barn House School.

The hours of work for this role is 30 hours per week, term time only. The post is temporary for a minimum of two years, or earlier if the pupils leaves in advance of July 2027.

The salary will be paid by Lady Barn House School but it is directly funded by the family.
