Your journey begins with a six-week in-person data skills bootcamp, designed to equip you with essential core data capabilities.
This foundational training prepares you to be a collaborative and influential member of the team, driving progress from day one.
During the two-year long programme, you’ll be allocated to a primary team, allowing you to develop deep expertise in that area of the business.
You’ll also undertake a placement into one of the other cross-functional teams, broadening your experience and skills.
