What's the role?
Are you an ambitious logistics professional ready to take your career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly communicative Demand/Supply Planner with the ambition and potential of advancing to a senior leadership role within our logistics organization.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a team of driven professionals while sharpening your skills in a fast-paced environment that encourages continuous development. You'll be at the forefront of key decisions, working closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and make a tangible impact.

If you're ready for a new challenge and eager to shape your future in logistics, this is the opportunity for you!

What does the role involve?
As a hybrid Demand/Supply Planner you will facilitate Sales & Operations Planning by partnering with Sales and Marketing to create an accurate sales forecast for Northern Europe Markets. Effective communication with senior stakeholders and strong data analysis skills are essential to gain market intelligence and to define and execute strategies that balance product availability with optimal inventory levels.

You will use your expertise to drive process enhancements and contribute to a high-performing agile team. We’re committed to supporting your career development and helping you achieve outstanding results. International mobility is an advantage for career development, but not essential in the role.

What you need is:

  • Masters’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Professional Logistics experience
  • Experience in Demand/Supply planning is preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong skills at building relationships with internal business partners across countries
  • Ambition to outperform and develop your career with Hilti
Who should apply?

We have an excellent mix of people and some of our best account managers joined us with no experience. So, if you’ve never worked in sales or construction, that’s fine with us. Success at Hilti is down to teamwork and ability, no matter what your background.

Our Regional Head Office is based at Circle Square in Central Manchester, where we are located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop. We offer a hybrid working pattern between the office and home and different ways to work flexibly so please feel free to talk about what flexibility means to you at your interview.
