The Chefs Patisserie Co. is an established bespoke, handcrafted dessert manufacturer based at a purpose built premises in Warrington. We supply a range of luxury patisserie products to the hospitality, leisure and retail industry.Due to business growth and demands we are now looking to add new members to our exciting business.
Job Summary
We are currently looking to recruit flexible Part-Time Packing Operatives to join our team, with previous food handling/serving experience either from a hospitality, restaurant or hotel environment.The successful candidate will be working individually and as part of a team, in our production unit assembling boxes, packing and handling premium patisserie products to meet the high expectations of our clients.
The packing operatives will be working as a part of a small team, duties although not limited of;- preparing packaging boxes
- check packing details/information
- labelling products
- handling, packing and boxing the finished food products
- storing in temperature controlled areas
- completion of product codes and packing records
- maintain excellent hygiene and quality control
- reporting any issues to shift supervisor
- general cleaning and tidying up of work areas

The tasks undertaken do require standing for long periods and working in both ambient and cold temperatures, manual lifting is required although this is not heavy goods.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a food environment or have an interest in food. Please note all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to WA5 7YF.
Working hours vary subject to business demands, and may involve working weekends/bank holidays.
Full time: 40 hours. (5 days ; Monday - Saturday between 10.30am-9pm)Part-time: guide shifts between 2pm-7/8pm Monday-Friday (inc Saturday subject to business demands).
Business Operational hours are from 7am-9pm (Mon-Fri).
