This Manchester law firm has a successful and busy commercial litigation team.
Your new role
Joining a well resourced team, you can look forward to enjoying a real variety of disputes work. This will include shareholder and partnership disputes as well as mainstream contractual litigation. The client list is mainly centred around SMEs and OMBs but does also include a number of larger corporates.You can expect to work closely with senior colleagues on some high value commercial litigation whilst also having the opportunity to progress and handle your own caseload.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 4+ years' pqe. Possessing good commercial acumen, you will be able to provide strategic solutions for clients.
