Store Manager | Outdoor Retail | Callander | £27,500 + Bonus

What you'll be doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your store team
- Delivering excellent customer service and driving store sales
- Managing KPIs, P&L, stock control, and compliance
- Maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation
- Providing ongoing product knowledge training and support to the team
- Reporting on performance and working closely with the Area Manager
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor
- A passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for outdoor products
- A proven track record of driving sales and delivering results
- Strong operational knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills
- Fashion or outdoor retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
