The Leader is responsible for managing our vehicle preparation facility, ensuring operational efficiency, and establishing organized processes to foster sustainable growth.- Manage and enhance vehicle preparation processes to boost efficiency and organization.
- Adopt lean management strategies and implement process enhancements.
- Utilize a disciplined, data-centric method to optimize operational workflows.
- Aim to increase preparation capacity by a minimum of 10-15% within the first 6 to 12 months.
- Work closely with leadership to establish and accomplish long-term efficiency objectives, with the goal of potentially doubling capacity over time.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder vehicle preparation capacity.
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to monitor performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor teams, instilling discipline and structure into daily operations.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Head of HR and the Founder/Owner.
- Occasionally visit nearby sales locations as necessary.
- A degree in business along with Lean certification.
- Experience in lean manufacturing or automotive operations.
- Demonstrated leadership and operations management experience in the automotive industry.
- Analytical and data-oriented, capable of assessing and enhancing processes.
- Attractive base salary reaching up to £80,000
- Bonus awarded based on performance, at the discretion of management
