Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insight, analysis and strategic support to senior stakeholders, helping to shape business strategy. Key responsibilities include:Partnering with operational teams to provide financial guidance and challenge decision-makingAnalysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunitiesPreparing budgets, forecasts and financial models to support strategic planningProviding meaningful management information and reports to senior leadershipSupporting business cases for investment and process improvements

Key Requirements

To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role, you will have:A fully qualified accounting background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsThe ability to influence and challenge senior leadershipDegree in accountancy, economics or business.
