Field Technician

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have an ambition for growth in the company & an interest in managing a team of brand ambassadors whilst completing operations tasks as Joos continues to scale across the UK & Internationally.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Planning and overseeing our delivery and maintenance routes
• Building and maintaining relationships with our partner venues
• Co-ordinating with our brand ambassadors within your region
• Managing client relationships through email, phone and in-person communication
• Visiting our venues to deliver and maintain our products
• Administering our CRM database accordingly
• Identifying opportunities for growth within the network

Experience required:

• Delivery Management, Logistics and/or Route Planning experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel & CRM interfaces
• At least 1 year experience in a client-facing role
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to thrive in a results-driven fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build rapport with clients and maintain client relationships
