As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered during night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents, providing them with the comfort, dignity, and companionship they deserve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting, ideally in a senior role.
- A passion for delivering outstanding care with kindness and respect.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and support colleagues.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as part of a rota.
- Please note: Tier 2 sponsorship is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a team of Healthcare Assistants to provide person-centred care.
- Ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met with compassion and professionalism.
- Administering medication in line with care plans and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting night-time safety checks and ensuring a peaceful and secure environment for residents.
- Documenting care activities accurately and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Providing support to residents with dementia, promoting a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
