Head of Quality

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices in Leamington Spa or Bicester where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the VP Vehicle Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and running a comprehensive quality management system and associated aspects. You will be overseeing the entire process
What you'll do- Establishment & leadership of the Forseven Quality Team
- Definition of a comprehensive quality strategy.
- Management of quality projects & programme deliverables
- Management of ISO9001, QMS, Issues Management, Module Quality & Field Quality.
- Budget & timing responsibility
- Experience in a position demonstrating Quality management.
- Technical experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Degree (or equivalent) in a technical or quality discipline is preferred.
- Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to explain and/or simplify complex technical information
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
- The ability to influence people in decisions is crucial
- You should be a team player moving to becoming a role model for best practice in the organisation
- Knowledge of state of the art in quality tool, processes and systems preferred.
