Larbey Evans has been instructed on a brand-new opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join one this high profile and ambitious US law firm on a permanent based at their stunning West End offices.- Salary circa £55,000
- 09:30-17:30 working hours

This newly created role will sit within the firm’s collaborative finance team working with all levels of staff in the London office. The firm have experienced incredible growth in recent years and are looking for an AAT qualified AP professional with a strong legal accounts background looking to continue their career ascension and be part of the firm’s exciting future.
The Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full accounts payable and expenses processes for the London office. You will generate reports for management review, providing detailed insights into spending patterns and budget adherence.Additionally, you will support month-end and year-end financial processes and contribute to annual budget forecasting by supplying accurate data.
The successful candidate will preferably be AAT qualified, have a minimum of 4-5 years’ accounting experience in an international law firm and will demonstrate excellent working knowledge of VAT and SRA rules. Experience using Chrome River and Aderant would be extremely advantageous, as well as having confident Excel skills.
