Nights Warehouse Operations Manager - Little Addington
Client: Leading 3PL Provider.
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + Package.
Role Location: Raunds, Northamptonshire.

The Company
Loom Talent Limited have been appointed by a rapidly growing, well-known, 3PL business on a Nights Warehouse Operations Manager opportunity, based in Raunds.
Our client operates in the 3PL space for multiple prestigious brands across the Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale sectors, and they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and overall operational efficiency.
This role works to a Monday - Friday shift pattern, 22:00 - 06:00.
Key Responsibilities- People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to reach their full potential. Your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset.
- Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse and distribution arm of the business.
- Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI's, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation.
- Project Management & Automation: To be at the forefront of the sites development, taking ownership of projects as they arise along with supporting various automation initiatives.
- WMS & ERP Expertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency. Familiarity with WMS & ERP implementations is a definite plus.
- Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.
The Candidate
The successful candidate for the Nights Warehouse Operations Manager opportunity will have the following skills and experiences:
- Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential.
- Have a minimum of 5+ years' experience at a Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager or General Manager level - Essential.
- Have worked to a Manager level within multi-user warehousing previously - Advantageous.
- Have managed teams beyond 50+ employees through direct managerial reports - Essential.
- A base level understanding of Warehouse Automation - Highly Advantageous.
- A working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems - Essential.
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential.
- An understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Methodology - Advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.
- Commutable to Raunds 5 days per week - Essential.
- Salary - £50,000 to £55,000 (Inclusive of shift allowance).
