We have a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Project Administrator to join an established organisation within the higher education sector in Manchester City Centre. This role offers flexible working hours, 14 hours per week across 2 days from Monday to Thursday.Our client is looking for a proactive individual who can provide project management support and general administrative assistance. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organisational skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
What will you be doing?- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple teams.
- Organising and maintaining project documents, reports, and presentations.
- Creating project reports, tracking deliverables, and managing documentation libraries.
- Coordinating and organising team meetings, workshops, and similar events.
- Providing general administrative support to the project team.
- Previous experience in project administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
