****Job Summary:****
We seek a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist a young male individual in maintaining an independent and fulfilling lifestyle. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various domestic tasks, including laundry, housework, and meal preparation.Additionally, they should be comfortable providing assistance with outdoor activities, such as walking and exercise, and accompanying the individual to appointments as well as other activities as directed by the employer.
****Responsibilities:****- Perform domestic tasks to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe living environment.
- Assist with personal care and mobility, prioritizing the safety of the individual.
- Undertake activities as directed by the individual to support their daily needs.
- Manage health risks and assist with medication management.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with the individual and relevant healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.

- Experience working in a caregiving or support worker role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

Full or Part time
Location: STOURBRIDGE
Weekend and weekday hours working over Saturday and Sunday in the mornings, daytime, and evenings, hours to be discussed with employer
£11.44 per hour
**Requirements**
Experience of providing care and support
Must have had manual handling training and have previously used hoists such as ceiling track hoists.
