About the Role

At Keeper, the Account Executives are responsible for driving new business within an assigned geography or vertical. This is a quota carrying and revenue generating position that reports to our EMEA Senior Director of Sales. This role involves complex selling within a sales cycle period.
You will gain a deep understanding of our frontline sales strategies while creating a vision that inspires customers to utilize Keeper as a trusted resource. This specific Account Executive will be knowledgeable about identity and access management solutions, to include an in-depth understanding of PAM (privileged access management).

Responsibilities
 •  Proactively target new customers through lead generation campaigns via phone and email
 •  Respond to inbound marketing qualified leads and convert to opportunities
 •  Work closely with key channel partners in the region to drive business growth
 •  Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective customers to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
 •  Collaborate with the sales leadership team and other sales team members to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives
 •  Present and demonstrate our cybersecurity solutions to prospects through virtual/onsite presentations and product demonstrations
 •  Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
 •  Proactively identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales growth
 •  Utilize internal sales resources to target and identify new business targets
 •  Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge to effectively articulate the value proposition to prospects, actively completing ongoing training, participating in role plays and shadowing cold calls with colleagues
 •  Diligently use Salesforce to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity
 •  Serve as a privileged access management ambassador and act as a mentor and SME to Keeper team-members
 •  Facilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunities

Requirements
 •  4+ years proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or software industry
 •  2+ years of experience using Salesforce or other CRM platform
 •  Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM (privileged access management)
 •  An accomplished track record of selling software into IT organizations
 •  Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and influence buying decisions
 •  Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
 •  Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
 •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
 •  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 •  Experience with CRM software and other sales productivity tools
 •  Web-conference demo experience
 •  Must reside within the United Kingdom or Ireland and be willing and able to travel locally to visit partners and clients up to 50% of the time

Preferred Requirements
 •  Knowledge of cybersecurity strongly preferred
 •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite programs
 •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
