Mortgage Advisor - Southend-on-Sea

Are you an experienced Mortgage professional looking for a new opportunity on an employed basis?

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our client's successful team on an employed basis working within the leading estate agent in Essex. This position offered strong earning potential, leads provided as well as admin support.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• Probation salary £27,500, then increases to £30,000 once 3-month probation is passed.
• OTE £70,000+ (uncapped)
• 20% commission
• Leads Provided
• Admin support

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
• Experience in a mortgage adviser position
• Ideally CAS Status
• Able to build and forge strong relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and able to research.
• Provide exceptional client service.
• Strong negotiation and influencing.
• Organised and effective time management.

Mortgage Advisor duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Writing Mortgage Business
• Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
• Convert booked appointments into business
• Contact customers for missed opportunities
• Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
• Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
• Achieve sales targets each month
