JOB VACANCY – Temporary Contract, 12 months Maternity Cover - Medical Receptionist **
30 hours per week, over 3 days (Monday-Friday)
Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness will be required.We need a reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible person to join our friendly team.
Main duties include:- Dealing with requests and queries from patients and clinical staff
- Booking and cancelling appointments
- Assisting patients when collecting their medications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to adapt to all situations
- Fast learner
- Computer literate
Flexibility in working from three sites is expected and use of a car is therefore essential.
