Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant- Complex Care - Bury Claimont Health have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Support Worker. This role will be based in the community supporting clients who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home.

We are looking for Support Workers who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as: Ventilation management Oral suctioning Medications What you can expect from us in return: Reporting to our Complex Care Lead Nurse, the successful candidate will benefit from the support and motivation of both the clinical and operations teams.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience. NVQ Level 3 related subjects. NVQ Level 4 related subjects. Nursery nurse qualifications or similar. Diploma in relevant health/ social subject.
