As an Internal Sales Executive you'll be vital to the success of the sales team, developing leads into specifications that will become projects. This is the life blood of the business and there will be a supportive team around you. You will use information from the sales support team to create a pipeline for the business.
This role would suit someone with Internal Sales experience looking for a great working environment with a supportive team and opportunities for upskilling and career advancement.
The Role:
- Full product training provided
- Respond to incoming enquiries (via email and over the phone)
- Provide technical expertise and assistance
- Create quotations from client enquiries
- Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders
The Person:
- Experience handling customer accounts
- Construction background
- Happy in a customer facing role
