Job Description: We are currently searching for support workers, who share our core values of patience, respect, compassion, understanding and adaptability, who will be fully committed to the young people we support.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety of the young person
- Establishing emotional engagement with the young person
- Assisting the young person with personal care
- Planning and participating in activities and outings
- Transporting the young person to meetings, school, appointments, etc.
- Preparing meals for the young person
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the home
You must:
- Hold a full UK drivers licence, with access to your own vehicle
- Have a clear DBS check
- Have full Right to Work in the UK
- Be willing to travel for work
